While I was sick last week I felt like something a little different for breakfast, easy and not too heavy. So I steamed eggs in tomato halves in my Thermomix and also had half an avocado that was still sitting in the fridge. It turned out awesome and spiced up my breakfast routine for sure.
What you will need
- 1 tomato
- 2 eggs
- 600g water
- seasoning to your liking
- half avocado
- First cut the tomato in half and hollow out.
- Next crack an egg into each half and place into the Varoma.
- Steam for 15 minutes on Varoma on speed 3.
- Season to your liking and enjoy with the avocado!

I was very happy on Saturday I did my first run again after being sick; gosh I was quite exhausted but it felt so good and my legs were very happy to be moving again. Tomorrow I might do my first run outdoors again!
