This morning I felt like having the young coconut that was still waiting in the fridge. I decided to add some banana into it as well to make it a power smoothie that would give me energy all morning.
I used
- water of one young coconut including the meat
- one banana
Blend until smooth in your blender or if you have a thermomix on speed 10 for about a minute.
Did you know...
bananas contain Vitamins C, B and betacarotene. They also contain the following minerals: potassium, calcium, iron and phosphorous. Plus it contains beneficial oils for the cardiovascular system!
