Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding - Thermomix Style!

One of my super favourites at the moment are chia seeds and who doesn't love chocolate chia pudding? A rich tasting chocolate dessert with the goodness of all the little chia seeds have to offer; it's definitely not a dessert you will need to feel too guilty about.

Plus for anyone that has read "Born to Run", this makes a great addition or occasional treat that will help you reap the health benefits and get some of the goods fats into your diet.

Chia seeds can also have a detoxifying effect on the body because they are like a sponge that absorbs things in your body.

I have to admit since figuring out how to make this in my Thermomix I have already had it twice this week for breakfast. Too good and healthy. On another note it has been an awesome breakfast to fuel me for my runs.

And now you can even make it in your Thermomix which makes it easier than ever!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (of your choice, I used raw cashew nut milk)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • dash of cinnamon
  • goji berries to decorate
  1. Put the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cacao powder and cinnamon in your bowl.
  2. Stir on 37 degrees speed 4 for 10 minutes.
  3. Decorate with some goji berries and enjoy!

What are your favourite chia seed puddings?
