The Heart Beats Charity Auction - 12 May 2012

After months of planning yesterday was finally the day of our Heart Beats Charity Auction to help raise $15,000 for the Heart Foundation. Through the help of our amazing team on the day and all that attended our event we were able to raise $1,958.55 bringing us to a fundraising total to date of $7,800.66!

Here are some of the highlights of the day:

Our gorgeous singer, Annette Raison, shared with us her amazing voice at the beginning of the event and also throughout the breaks. Some of the beautiful songs that Annette sang for us were "Wonderwall" and "Country Roads".

Some of the amazing items we had up for grabs on the day of the auction which included coffee machines, a vacuum cleaner, sports items, gorgeous collectors items and heaps more.

Display of more of the amazing items we had on offer for our Heart Beats Charity Auction.

The Heart Foundation also came down for the day to help spread the message about heart health and promote a healthier lifestyle. The ladies were fabulous!

My mum Heidi and I put together a healthy morning tea for the day with fruity muffins, veggies, rice crackers and delicious dips, oat cookies and more!
