Simply Coconut Smoothie

Every now and then I spoil myself and make a coconut smoothie. Not only are coconuts one of the highest mineral containing nuts but this smoothie tastes amazing! It gives me energy throughout the whole morning.

All you need is one young coconut. Once opened blend up the coconut water and the meat in a blender or in your Thermomix (I use speed 9-10 until smooth) and enjoy!
