So today is Day 7 of the World's Biggest Juice Detox! I feel amazing and have high energy levels. This morning at my brother's birthday party I indulged a little in some grapes but WOW did they taste good! I think through this I have come to appreciate food again and I actually find myself enjoying it rather than gulping anything down just so that I have had it. I am more than just thankful for the experience; Thank You Jason Vale!
